Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Blink Photo Booth Events (“Blink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client booking services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). These Terms are provided for general business use and do not constitute legal advice. You may wish to have a lawyer review them for your specific services and business structure.

By booking or using the Services, the Client confirms they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If booking on behalf of a company or organization, the Client confirms they have authority to bind that entity. The Client agrees to provide accurate information and ensure minors using the Booth are supervised and have appropriate parent/guardian consent.

  • Event: The date, time, and location stated in the booking confirmation/invoice.
  • Services: The photo booth rental and any add-ons provided by Blink.
  • Booth: The photo booth hardware, software, props, lighting, printer, and related equipment.
  • Content: Photos, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, overlays, templates, and other media created using the Booth.
  • Booking: A reservation confirmed by Blink in writing and secured by deposit.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% or $200 is required to secure the date.
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the Event.
  • Accepted payments: e-Transfer, credit card, or cash (as approved).
  • Late payments may incur 8% monthly interest (or maximum allowed by law).

All fees are subject to applicable taxes (including HST).

The Client must provide event details (address, timings, access instructions, and onsite contact) at least 30 days before the Event.

  • Blink requires approximately 90 minutes for setup.
  • The Client must ensure access to parking, loading areas, elevators, and permits.
  • Delays due to access or parking may reduce service time without refund.
  • The Client is responsible for parking fees, permits, tickets, or towing.
  • Overtime is subject to availability and payable onsite:
    • Mirror 1: $150/hour
    • Mirror 2: $250/hour
    • Mirror 3: $350/hour (minimum 1 hour)

The Client must provide:

  • A clear, level 12 ft × 12 ft space.
  • A grounded power outlet within 10–15 ft.
  • A safe, weather-protected environment for outdoor events.
  • Stable Wi-Fi if instant sharing is required (not needed for printing).

The Client is responsible for guest behavior.

  • Guests must not tamper with equipment or cables.
  • The Client is liable for any damage, theft, or misuse.
  • Blink may stop Services for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive conduct.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.

Depending on the package, deliverables may include prints, digital files, gallery access, or USB.

  • Digital galleries are typically delivered within 10 business days.
  • Print colors may vary due to lighting and printer limitations.
  • Output depends on guest participation.

If the Client provides logos, artwork, or brand materials, they confirm they have the rights to use them.

  • Proofs must be approved by the Client before the deadline.
  • Last-minute changes (within 7 days) may not be possible or may incur fees.
  • The Client indemnifies Blink for any claims related to provided branding.

The Booth may capture images and, if enabled, collect emails/phone numbers for sharing.

  • The Client must inform guests that photography/video is taking place.
  • Blink may use selected Content for portfolio and marketing unless a written opt-out is requested before the Event.
  • Content is stored for at least 90 days and may then be deleted.
  • Guests may request removal of images from marketing use.
  • Parents/guardians must consent for minors.
  • Blink retains ownership of its templates, layouts, software, and designs.
  • The Client retains ownership of their branding.
  • Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the Content for personal or internal business use.
  • Commercial advertising or resale requires written permission.
  • Content may not be submitted to stock sites or used to train AI models without consent.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the Event requires 50% payment (or full balance).
  • One reschedule is permitted with 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Refunds are only provided where required by law.

Blink will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service.

If equipment failure causes a significant disruption, Blink’s liability is limited to a pro-rated refund for the affected time.

Blink is not responsible for venue power, Wi-Fi, or third-party failures.

Blink will acknowledge within 3 business days and respond within 10 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Blink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Liability is capped at the deposit paid or the pro-rated service amount.
  • The Client indemnifies Blink against claims from guest behavior or provided materials.
  • The Client assumes risks associated with booth use, except in cases of gross negligence by Blink.
  • Claims must be made within 1 year of the Event.

Blink is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control (weather, power outages, venue closure, government orders, etc.). If rescheduling is not possible, Blink will refund amounts paid minus unrecoverable expenses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will first be attempted through informal resolution, then mediation, and finally the courts of Ontario if necessary.

  • These Terms form the entire agreement.
  • The invoice/booking confirmation overrides conflicts.
  • If one clause is unenforceable, others remain valid.
  • Electronic acceptance or payment constitutes agreement.
  • Blink may suspend Services for breach, unsafe conditions, or non-payment.

Services are provided “as is.” Blink does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific results, or guest participation levels. Outdoor events may be paused due to weather.

Wi-Fi is required for instant digital sharing. It is not required for printing photos.
